The 46th General Chapter of the American-Cassinese Congregation was hosted by St. Procopius Abbey in Lisle during the second week of June. The Abbots from the 20 monasteries of the Abbeys in the Congregation along with the Priors of dependent houses and elected delegates assembled for the week-long meeting. Pictured above in the center section are Abbot Dismas Kalcic, OSB (Abbot of St. Procopius Abbey), Abbot President Timothy Kelly, OSB (former Abbot of St. John’s Abbey), Abbot Primate Notker Wolf, OSB (former Archabbot of Skt. Ottilien Archabbey in Bavaria), and Archabbot Douglas Nowicki, OSB (Archabbot of St. Vincent Archabbey). |

The General Chapter was held on the campus of Benedictine University. The capitulars resided in Founders Woods on the University campus and had events scheduled at the Abbey and Sacred Heart Monastery during their visit. This meeting began the 150th Anniversary celebration of the Congregation. |
