Triangulated by the Lady Chapel (#17), the Narthex, and the font (#18), a polyangled stairway links three levels of the abbey building -- for the Chapter Room/Lower Cloister Area to the Archives/Novitiate area. Only the elevator area, between the Abbot's Office, and the Infirmary has more levels.
