After much consideration of the resources to be included here, it was decided to minimize and prioritize the links, using those that provide more universal than specific information. Hopefully, what we have chosen will be of assistance and not a hindrance for you. Every attempt has been made to give credit where it is due. The Abbey Schedule

Monday - Friday:

6:00 a.m.	Lauds (Morning Prayer)
6:45 a.m.	Breakfast (in silence)
12:00 noon	Noon Prayer
12:15 p.m.	Lunch (buffet)
4:50 p.m.	Conventual Mass
5:40 p.m.	Dinner (in silence with reading)
6:10 p.m.	Recreation
7:00 p.m.	Vespers (Evening Prayer)

Saturday - Sunday: same as above except,

6:30 a.m.	Lauds (and Mass on Saturday)
11:00 a.m.	Conventual Mass (Sunday only)
12:00 noon	Lunch
5:00 p.m.	Vespers (Solemn Vespers on Sunday)
5:40 p.m.	Dinner (with conversation)
6:10 p.m.	Recreation
7:00 p.m.	Compline (Night Prayer)
