Funeral Arrangements for Fr. David Turner, OSB

Funeral arrangements for Fr. David Turner, OSB, were announced Monday by Abbot Austin Murphy, OSB, of St. Procopius Abbey.

The Reception of the Body and Vigil will take place on Monday, September 25, at 7pm.

The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, September 26, at 10:30am.

Both will take place in the Abbey Church: 5601 College Drive, Lisle IL, 60532.

As a result, the daily prayer schedule on Monday and Tuesday will be adjusted:

Monday, September 25

Lauds - 6am

Noon Prayer - 12pm

Conventual Mass - 4:50pm

Vespers - Canceled

Reception of the Body and Vigil - 7pm

Tuesday, September 26

Lauds - 6am

Funeral Mass - 10:30am

Noon Prayer - Canceled

Conventual Mass - Canceled due to Funeral Mass that morning

Vespers - 5pm

Compline - 7pm
